The new procedure, which has been developed in-house with the valuable assistance of various Intermediaries, is designed specifically to satisfy all the particular needs of the Cargo market. In particular, SIAT's objective is to streamline and facilitate the work of the Intermediaries and hence that of policyholders.

The new procedure is fast and efficient, helped by the fact that it is extremely functional and the particularity that it also offers services to our own network; more and more of our Intermediaries are using the new system, which demonstrates that the Project is a success.

The Marine Project makes it possible to carry out all of the negotiations on line, decide on the risk coverage and print the policy immediately at the Intermediary's office.
Again, using this new software it is possible to handle all of the movements related to the policies, consult one's own portfolio and the state of negotiations on line, while being able to use a whole range of useful and innovative services.

In a world that demands faster and faster response times, rapid service is becoming a winning resource: with the Marine Project, time becomes an important ally.

Accessing the new procedure is easy:
the only prerequisite is a computer with internet access.

All our Intermediaries then have to do is contact the Cargo Acceptance Office: soon after they will be issued a password to access the procedure.
Thanks to the fact that the new programme is extremely user-friendly, a short training session by SIAT personnel will be sufficient to get users started immediately.

The Marine Project was developed using state-of-the-art IT technologies, which also guarantee maximum data security and privacy.
